Welcome to BizBoard Pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our web application and services, accessible at app.bizboardpro.com. By accessing or using BizBoard Pro, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use BizBoard Pro.

2. User responsibilities

• Use BizBoard Pro only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse or attempt to exploit app features.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and payments

BizBoard Pro offers four plans, processed securely by Stripe:

• Free — manage up to 3 ventures at no cost, no integrations.
• Solo Pro — $12/month — manage up to 10 ventures, AI Co-Founder, Notion integration, and personal workspace.
• Team Workspace — $21/month base + $15/month per additional seat — unlimited ventures, shared team hub, Trello & Notion integrations.
• Agency — $99/month (Includes 5 Team Seats) — unlimited client workspaces, unlocking Trello, Notion, and Asana integrations. Additional seats are $15/month.

• Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Additional seat charges are prorated when members are added mid-cycle.

5. Intellectual property

All app content, including design, code, logos, and features, is owned by Novedah Inc. and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of the venture data you enter into BizBoard Pro.

6. AI features

BizBoard Pro includes an AI Venture Advisor powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Third-party integrations

BizBoard Pro offers optional integrations with third-party tools such as Trello, Notion, and Asana. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

8. Modifications to the app

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes from using BizBoard Pro.

10. Limitation of liability

Novedah Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app, including loss of data or business interruption. You assume full responsibility for your business decisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
